Ordinance No. 454
An ordinance to restrain and prohibit the giving of false fire alarms and providing forth punishment
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That every person who shall maliciously or mischievously give or sound or cause to be
given or sounded any false alarm of fire shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof before the Police Court of the City, shall be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00.
Section 2. That this ordinance take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the
Saline County Journal.
