427 Indecent/Obscene Language at Post OfficeO r d i n a n c e o.
An ordinance relating to certain misdemeanors and prescribing the
punishment therefor.
Fe it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina,
Kansas.
S e c. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to utter any loud
and indecent or obscene language in or about the post office, or
the post office lobby in the city of Salina, Kansas -Any person vi -
plating any of the provisions of 'this section shall be punished by
a fine of not less than_ —dollars nor more than one hun-
dred.dollars.
S e c. It shall be unlawful for any person to�� will-
fully/ nd maliciously disturb
the
peace
and quiet
at the
post office
or the post office lobby in
the
city of
Salina;
Kansas,
by quar-
reling, shouting or fightinn%in or about said post office or post
office lobby. Any person violating any of 'the provisions of this
section shall be punished by a fine of not less than
dollars, nor :more than one hundred dollars -
