An ordinance establishing; a -rade on Ninth Street from South Street
to ?`north Street in the city of Selina, Kansas.
Re it ordained by the PTayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina,
Fansas.
Sec.!. That a grade be and is hereby established on ',Ti.nth Street
commencing; at the center Iof South Street at an elevation of one
hundred and four and four, tenths (104.4) feet; thence north by a
,ini.form grade to the center of Mulberry Street to an elevation of
one hundred and t1hree and eihFt tanths (103.,S) feet; thence north
by a uniforrn ,7rad- to the center of Vxfa.lnu!,; Street to an elevation
of one undred and three (105) feet; thence north by a uniform

Sec.2,. The grade line as ''hereby established shall be fmr the crown
or middle of the slbree,, and for the top of the curb stones.
Sec.3. All elevations r_nentioned in section one of this ordinance
are hereby referred to the "City Bench ?.Tark" and to the profile of
Hlinth Street on file in t'he city engineers office.
Sec.4, --This ordinance shall take effect and be in force frori and
after- its publication in the :Saline County Journal.
