Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That there be and is hereby levied against each of the lots and tracts of land hereinafter
described, the several amounts set opposite to the same, for the purpose of paying for building sidewalks in
front of and along such real estate.
