Kansas. -
S e c. 1. That the sum of -1(7 u mills on the dollar is hereby
levied against all real, rr,ixed and personal property in the city
for general revenue purposes.
S e c. -Z. That the surn of mills on the dollar is hereby
levied, against all real, 'mixed and personal property in the city
for bringing to grade all streets, avenues and alleys, and for
bilildi.ng br=idges, culverts and sevrers and for foot ,-albs across.
streets, avenues and alleys.
S e c. 3. That the sum of three fourths of a mill on the dollar is
hereby levied against all real, mixed and }personal property in tho
city to pay interest on bonds.
S e c. 4. That the stem of .one mill on the dollar is hereby levied
against all real, mixed and personal property in the city to re-
deem outstanding city bonds at maturity.
S e c. 5. That the levy of ' mills on the dollar levied by
the Board of Education of the city of Salina, on all real, mixed
and personal propertyin the r.ity of Salina School District, for
general schgol purposes,be and the same is hereby approve
S e c. 6. That this ordinance take efrect and he in force from and
after its publication in 'th; Saline r'otinty Journal.
