Ordinance No. 515
An ordinance authorizing the issue of certain bonds.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the bonds of the City of Salina be issued in the sum of $900.00 for the purpose of
paying for the curbing and guttering of Santa Fe Avenue and $4,500.00 for the purpose of paying for the
curbing and guttering of Iron Avenue, such bonds to be issued, one third payable in one year, one third in
two years, and one third in three years, from the date of their issue and having interest at the rate of eight
percent per annum, interest payable annually with interest coupons attached. The Mayor of the City is
hereby authorized to sign and execute the bonds aforesaid according to the provisions of law.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force and after its publication in the Saline
County Journal.
