Ordinance No. 514
An ordinance authorizing and directing the curbing and guttering of the west side of Santa Fe
Avenue from the south line of lot number 120 south to Walnut Street.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the City Council be and are hereby authorized and directed to cause the west side
of Santa Fe Avenue from the south line of lot 120 south to Walnut Street to be curbed and guttered as
specified in Section 2 of this ordinance.
Section 2. All curbing and guttering required by this ordinance shall be constructed and past down
according to the plans and specification now on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the
Saline County Journal.
