Ordinance No. 505
An ordinance making a special assessment and levy of taxes for improvements in the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina.
Section 1. That there be and is hereby levied a special tax for improvements in addition to the
taxes for general revenue and other purposes upon each of the lots and parts of lots as herein described
the several amounts set opposite to the same as follows:

Section 2. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to certify the foregoing assessments
to the County Clerk to be placed upon the tax roll for collection, subject to the same penalties and collected
in like manner as other taxes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the
Saline County Journal.
