503 Animals�r�-e� �� fir. s ; C� c 12 A i, Ordinance No. 503 An ordinance to prevent injury to public and private grounds and improvements. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina. Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for the owner or person in charge of any horse, mules, cattle or other animals to permit the same to trespass or injure any public or private grounds or trespass on any sidewalk or space permitted by ordinance to be used for sidewalk in the City of Salina. Section 2. Any person permitting any animal in his charge to trespass or go upon or injure any public or private grounds or sidewalk or space permitted by ordinance to be used as sidewalk, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before the Police Court, shall be fined not less than $5.00 not more than $50.00 Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the Saline County Journal. Approved August 16, 1886
