Ordinance No. 501
An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain bills.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilman of the City of Salina.
Section 1. That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated from the
General Improvement Fund for the payment of the following bills:
To the Missouri Pacific Railway Company for right of way $200.00.
Section 2. That orders be drawn on the City Treasury for the payment of same.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect, and be in force from and after it passage.
