the right to operate said railway by means of animal power, steam
when applied to cable electric motor, an c -

ever, that if said Salina Railway Company or its Assigns shall fail to
have in operation byMay 30th. 1893 at least three (3) miles of said
railway . by other means than animal power, then and in that case -said
Salina Railway Company. and its Assigns shall forfeit its right to opee,
ate any of said railway by other means than animal power. °
