'71.5, being an OrdL-iance entitled * An Ordinance authorizing Vi e
Salina Railway Company and its Acsians, to -.construct matiltain
and operate Street Railways alone all the street's and avenues o
the City of -Salina, Kansas, and repealing Ordinance number 496,
antitled an Ordinance authdrizing I& D. Herrington and his Assi
to construct maintain and operate'Street Railways along the
streets. and avenues of.th.e pity of Salina, Xansas, approved
August 30th. '1889'; be and the same 'is hereby amended so as to
read as 'follows, to wit;
Section 6.The ' sand . Salina RailwaY. Company' shall- have the right

to cable, electric motor, and cable power; provided, however,
