ORDINANCE N0.
An ordinance vacating portions of Tenth Street andithe street be-
tween Blocks Six (6) and Seven (7) in Depot Addition to Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the following portions of Tenth Street,and the street
between Blocks Six and Seven in Depot Addition to Salina,Kansas be, and
the same are hereby declared vacated,to-wit: That portion of Tenth Street
described as follows;ibeginning at the south,,,iest cornets of Block Six in
f Depot Addition to Salina,Kansas,thdnoe iriest to.the east line of Block
Nine (9),thence south along the east line of Block Nine (J) 6% feet,
thence northeasterly to a.'point on the east line of Tenth Street4 feet
south of the southwest corner of Block Six (6),thence'north 30 feet to
the place of :beginning.
Also that portion of the street between Blocks Six (6) and Seven (7)
in Depot Addition to Salina,Kansas,described as follovis:beginning at a
point on the south line of Block Six in Depot Addition to Salina Kansas
170 feet west of the south'aaet corner of said Block,thence gest along
..the south line of said Block 80 feet to the southrre-:t corner of said
Block,thence south 344 feet,thbnee northeasterly on a straight line to
place of beginning.
