An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 770 regulating the pay,powers arfl
privileges of certain officers of the city of Salina, kalisas:
Re it ordained by the mayor and councilmen of the -city of Salina,
that Ordinance NO 770 be so amended so as to read as follows:
Cer±tioli 1, Thak it shall be the duty of the city marshal to patrol the
streets and be and remain on.dut.,y from the hour of twelve O'clock noon
to the hour of twelve O'clock mid-xAFrht,al:d the assistant city marshal

Section 11, The city marshal shall receive as pay the sum of
