BE IT ORDA TNFD BY THS+, MAYOR AND
COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
Section One. That there is hereby ap>propriated to G. J. Duncan as
fees for Police Judge the sum of $164.00 axed he is hereby authorized
to retain said amount out of any funds in his hands as suoh Police
Judge.
Section vivo. That this ordinanc,3, shall take effect and be izi .Force
from and after its passage.
