An ordinance Amending section four of ordinance No, 682 being
an ordinance entitled, "An ordinance to,Amend ordinance No, 770
regulating. the pay, powers and privigles of certain officers of
the city of Salina, Kansas,. -and repealing section four of said
ordinance No, 682.
Be it ordianked by the Mayor and councilmen of the city of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 1,
That section four of ordinance No, S82 be amended so as to
read as follows, that the assistant city Marshal shall receive
as pay the sum of fifty dollars per month at the end of each
month, which shall be in full compensation: for all services.
Section 2,
That section.four of ordinance No, 882 be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Section ?;
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication once in the Salina Sun a weekly news-
paper published in Salina,. Kansas. gr
