ding hereafter to be,built on.lot 50 on fifth street, over and
aatross the alley between said lot 50 on Flfth etreet .anti lot 49

Be it ordained by the kayor and eounellmet: of the city of Salina,

R.D. Lee Mercantile Company of i9alina, K"sas --the right and Priv«
olege to build and-construet an extent on to a building proposed
to be constructed on lot 'Fifty on Fifth street in said city

of Salina. Kansas, over and across .the alley between said lot
fifty on Fifth street Ansi lot Forty nine on Santa Fe Avenue, such
extention to be built in the following manner to wit,,
