"An ordinance granting the right of way to the Salina & Southwestern
Railway Company to bulids operate and Maintain a Spur Line of its rail•
gray on Elm street and Fourth street in the City of 8=41na„'Kansas and
repealing ordinance No, 69390 and repealing said or�dlvance floe 905.
Be It ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen or the city of Salina,

to read as follogvs:- That the right oil .war is hereby granted. to the

esonstruct,:aperate and maintain a spurliits railway upon and along
the south side of Elm street In said City from a point ten fest east of
the point where, said Ulm. street intersects with the east line of Santa
