ORDINANCE NO.' rx
An ordinance making an appropriation of the sun of $2677.17 for the pur-
poses herein named.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of Two thousand six hundred seventy-seven
and 17/100 (2677.17) Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out
of any funds in the hands of the city treasurer of said city for the
payment of the following bill:
The Salina Plumbing Co., second estimate on sewer construction,
from Sept. 229 1900, up to and including this date, as
per itemized claim of said Salina Plumbing Co., on.file
with the city clerk,----------------------------- -- ---2677.17
Sec. 2. That an order for such amount, payable on or before
ninety days after date and drawing interest at the rate of seven per cent
per annum until paid be drawn on the city treasurer in payment of such
appropriation.
Sec. 3. That this ordinance take effect *X annxa��ctxjtJr xx1:kx and
be in force from and after its passage.
