ORDINANCE NO.
An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain bills.
Be '7t ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the stun of
Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the
hands of the City Treasurer of said city for the payment of the following
bill:
The Salina Plumbing Co., estimate on sewer construction up to
and i6cluding this date, as per itemized claim of
said Salina Plumbing Co., on file with the city clerk,
Sec. 2. That an order for such amount, payable ons or before
dayand drawing interest at the rate of -1
per cent per annum until paid, be drawn on the city treasurer in pay -
meat of such appropriation.
Sec. 3. That this ordinance take effect and be in force from and
after its pas -sage.
