An Ordinance to refund certain bonded indebtedness of the City of Salina,
Kansas, and to issue bonds of said city for that purpose.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the mayor and city clerk are aft hereby author-
ized to issue the bonds of said city of Salina, Kansas, in the sum of Two
Thousand (2000) Dollars, payable at the office of

in years after date, bearing
interest at the rate o er cent per annum, and with interest coupons
thereto attached.
Sec. 2. The mayor and city attorney are hereby instructed, au-
thorized and directed, for and on behalf of the City of Salina, Kansa s,
to take said bonds and exchange the same for two of the bondsf said city,
numbered respectively fromto , inclusive, bearing date
, and to report their proceedings under this

ordinanc' at the next regular meeting of the city council.
Sec. 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication once in the Salina Daily Republican -Journal
