irdinance establishing grades on Tenth street between South
street and Morrison avenue/ and on Morrison avenue between
'inth street and Tenth street, in the city of Salina, Kansas.
t ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of thecity of Salina:
Section 1, That a grade be and is hereby established on Tenth
street in the city of Salina, Kansas, commencing at the intersection
of South street and Tenth street at an elevation of One Hundred
Three and 50/100 (103.50) feet, thence south on said Tenth street
by uniform grade to the intersect -ion of Morrison avenue and said
Tenth street to an elevation of One Hundred Five and 20/100 (105.20)
feet.
Sec. 2. That a grade be and is hereby established on Morrison
avenue in the city of Salina, Kansas, commencing at the intersection
of said Morrison avenue and Tenth street at -an elevation of One
Hundred Five and 20/100 (105.2.0) feet, thence east ' 249 feet by uni-
form grade to an elevation of One Hundred Five and 70/100 (105.70)
feet, thence east 249 feet by uniform grade to the intersection of
Morrison avenue and Ninth street to an elevation of One Hundred Five
and 20/100 (105.20) feet.

Sec. 3. That the grade lines hereby established shall b'
for the center line and crown of the street and for the tops of the
curb stone.
Sec. 4. The elevations mentioned in sections one and two
hereof are referred to the city bench mark and to the profiles on
file in the city engineer's office.
Sec. 5.. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication once in the official city paper.
