An ordinance ame jndir sub-se6tion 24 of Section 2 of Ordinance No.
1357, and repealing such sub -section of said section 2 so amended.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of theCity of Salina:
Section 1. That sub -section twentyfour (24), of Section Two (2),
of Ordinance No. 1567 of the city of Salina, passed and approved June
30, 1910, be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
°24. Pawnbrokers. Pawnbrokers or loaners of money on pledged
property or security, $50.00 per annum.°
Sec. 2. That original sub -section 24 of Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 1557 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal.
Passed and approved March 18, 1912.
