ORDINANCE N0.
An ordinance vacating a certain alley in the City of Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the alley between Third and Fourth streets, south
of Iron avenue, in the city of Salina, Kansas, be and is hereby vacated
and discontinued between the south line of Iron avenue and the Smoky
Hill River.
Sec. 2. That the owner or owners of.the real estate on either
side of said alley as heretofore existing shall pay for the publication
of this ordineiace.
Sec. 3.. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication once in,the Salina Evening Journal.
