Sec. 2. That orders be drawn on the city treasurer for the
payment of the claims mentioned in Section One hareof..
Sec. 3. That the sum of Three Hundred Twenty One and 58/100
(1321.58) Dollars be and the same is appropriated out of any funds
in the hands of the city treasurer for the payment of the following;
claim:

Sec. 4. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in Section Three
of this ordinance be drawn on the city treasurer for the payment of
such -amount said scrip, to be made payable on or before
days after date and drawing six per cent interest.
