An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of
be and the ame is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the
city treasurer for the payment of the following claims, to -wit:

Sec. 2. That orders be drawn on the citka treasurer for the pay-
ment of the claims mentioned in Section One hereof. '
Sec. 3. That the sum of One Thousand Twenty Three and no
hundredths ($1023.00) Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriqtted
out of any funds in the hands mf the city treasurer for the payment of
the following claim:
To Bingle & Root for curb & gutter work on College avenue.....

Sec. 4. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in Section Three
of this ordinance be drawn on the city treasurer for the payment of
such amount, said scrip to be made payable on or before45�14 ,._

Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in
