Sec. 2. That orders be drawn on the city treasurer for the
payment Of the claims A* mentioned in Section One hereof.
Sec. 3. That the sum of Three Thousand and Four and 66/100
($3004. 66), Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any
funds in the hands of the city treasurer for the payment of.the
following claim:
To Ringle & Ro.ot for the construction of cement curb and gutter on Ninth
street from South street to Ash street; ...................... 03004.66
Sec. 4. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in Section Three
of this ordinance be drawn on the city treasurer for the payment of
such amount, said scrip to be made payable on or before

after date and drawing six per cent interest.

Sec. 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption.
