ORDINANCE NO.
An ordinance prohibiting traction and'threshing machine engines ef-- the
paved streets of the city of Salina.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina: p
Section 1. It shall be unlawful'for any person, persons or corpor-
ation to propel, cause to be propelled or drawn, by horse power or by
its own poorer, across or along any of the paved streets of the city
of Salina, any trajtion engine or threshing machine engine xy
2. Any person, persons or corporation violating the provis-
ions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction in the police court fined in any sum not exceeding one
huhdfed dollars for each offense.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal.
