An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment
of certain claims.
Be of Ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of

Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Gen-
eral Fund of the City Treasurer for the payment of claims as
set opposite the names of respective claimants; to -wit:

Sec/ That orders be drawn on the city Treasurer for
the payment of claims as mentioned in Sec. 1 hereof.
appropriated out of any funds in the hands of the city treasur6r
for the payment of the following claim;
To Salina Vitrified Brick Co. for the construction of a brick
sidewalk as per itemized statement dated Larch 20th,1911, and
now on file with the city clerk
$123.88.
Sec. 4. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in
Sec. 3 of this Ordinance be drawn on the city treasurer for the
payment of 'such amount, said scrip to be made payable on or be-
fore fifteen (15) months after date and drawing no interest.
Sec. 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its adoption.
Passed and approved Burch 20th,1911.
