Sec.4. That scrip for such amounts as mentioned in Sec.3 hereof be
drawn on the city treasureartsaid scrip to be made, payabla on or before.
January 1,1911.,and drawing 6 per cent interest per annum.
Sec*59 This ordinance shall take effect, and be in force from anti
after its adoption.
