Sec.2. That order -be dravm on the city treasurer for the paymentx
of amounts as mentione° in section one hereof.
Sec .3. That the: sum of Eight thousand six hundred forty three and
79/1.00 (08643.79) dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
the paving fund in the hands of the city treasurer for the payment of the
following cl:ain:--
To John Ritchie as port payment. of South Santa Fe -Paving Contract as
per itemized statement dated August 15,,1910jand note on file frith the city

Sec.4. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in Sec.3 hereof be
drawn on the city treasurer,said scrip to be made payable on or before
Jany.1,1911 and drawing 6 per cent interest fron date -bill paid.
Sec .5. That the sum of Three thousand six hundred fifty-eight and
10/`100(3658.10) dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the
paving fund in the hands of the city treasurer for the payment of the
following claim: ---
To L H Lyon as part payment of Ash Street Curb &: Gutter Contract as
per itemized statement dated August 15,1910,and now on file with the

drawn on the city treasurer,said scrip to be rude payable on or before
January 1,1911, and dmwing 6 per cent interest fron date till paid.
