An ordiziance. apportioning and levyinc a special tax or assessment
to pay the cost of constructing certain sidewalk in the city of Salina
Kansas.
Be it ordained 'by the Mayor- and. Councilmen of the city of Salina:
Section 1. That thevre• be and is hereby levied and assessed ag& Inst

to certify the assessments made in Section One of this Ordinance to the
County Clerk of Salina CountysKansas,to he placed upon the fax rolls for
collection subject to the same penalties and collected in like manner- as
other taxes.
