Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:
Section 1. T -hat the owner or owners of

in the city of Salina, Kansas, are hereby required construct or cause
to be constructedpon or before the day o_
a sidewalk in front of and adjacent to,all the lots 4= parts of lots
above described, said sidewalk to be constructed of the material, width
and in the manner specified and required by the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1038, of the printed ordinances of the city of Salina, which said
ordinance No.
1038 is hereby incorporated in and made.a part of this
