Be it ordained by the mayor and councilmen of t'neUcity of Salina: --
Section 1. That the sum of

Sec.2. That orders be drown on the city treasurer 'for the payment of
claims as mentioned in Sec.1 hereof.
Sec.3. That the sur_ of Six thousand nine hundred one cue 66/100($6901.66)
dollars be and the same is hereby F,.ppropri.ated out of the paging fund in

the hands of the city treasurer for the payment of the following claims:--

To L.H.Myon as part payment on Claflin Ave.Curb & Gutter Contract- 805.46
To John Ritchie as part payment on S .Santa Fe. Paving Contract----- 3432.36
Sec-4. That scrip for such amounts as Mentioned in Sec-3 hereof be dravm
on the city treasurer said scrip to be made payable on or before July 1st.
1910,and drawing 6 per cent. interest per annum.
Sec.5. This ordir_ar.ce shall take effect and be in force from and after
its adoption.
