Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:

Sec.2. That orders be drag on the city treasurer for the payment of
claims as mentioned in section one hereof.
Sec.3. That the sum of Four thousand three hundred one and 28/5,00------

paving fund in the hands of the city treasurer for the. paymernt of the
