Sec.2. That orders be drawn in the city treasurer for the payment
of clams as mentioned in section one hereof.
Sec ,t * That the sum of Three thousand (and No/'100 Q3000.00) dollars
be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the sewer fund in the hands
of the city treasurer for the payment of the following claim: --
To ?�.H.Lyon & Co•,as part payment on sews contract as per itemized
statement dated Feby.21,1910,and now on file with the city clerk, -3000.00
Sec.4. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in section 3 hereof
be drawn on the city treasurer said scrip to be made payable on or before
April 1,1910,and drawing 6 per went interest per annum,
Sec.5. This ordinance shall -take effect and be in force from and.
after its passage.
