Be it Ordafaed by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina&
Section 1s That there be and is hereby levied and assessed
against each of the lots . and parts of lots hereinafter described a
special t= for the pur-pose of paying the. oast of repairer and con-
structing certain sidewalk abuttIM said property by the city of Sa+*
lina, between the l7thday of August! 1905s and the 16th day of Aug-
ust, 1909: in the various sums set opposite the following dozer ited
lots and piecen of ground, to-mit&
