An ordinance vacating a certain cstreetor avenue in South Park Addition

Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina: --
Section 1. That it is necessary and expedient to vacate Second
avenue, in South Park addition to the city of Salina, between the north
line.. of Prescott avenue and the south line of the alley running east
and west between said Prescott avenue and Washington avenue, and that
all of such Second avenue within the limits above defined be and the
same is hereby vacated, annulled andclicontinued.
Sec. 2. That the land or ground contained in such Second avenue
hereby vacated shall revert to the owners of the real estate thereto
adjacent on each side in proportion to the frontage of such real estate.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal.
