An ordinance -vacating certain alleys in the City of Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina: --
Section 1• That it is necessary and expedient to, vacate all the
alleys and parts of alleys heretofore established and noir being within
that block of ground bounded by Highland, Kirwin, Santa Fe and C& flin
avenues, in the Grounds of the Kansas Wesleyan University addition in and
to the city of Salina, Kansas, and that sue4 alleys and.parts of alleys
are hereby vacated, annulled and discontinued-
Sec. 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication once in the official eitir paper.
