Be It Ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Sal in.A,Kansas .

Sec.3. That the sum of Ninty six And 80100($96-•86) dollars be and
the sane is. hereby appropriated out of any funds in the hands of the city,
treasurer for the payment of the following claim: --

statement dated. January 20th.1908,an:d now on file with the city clerk.
Sec.4. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in Sec.3 of this
Ordinance be drawn on the city tre•asurr;r,said scrip to be Made p'ayab'le: 15
months from date and drawing no interest
Sec.5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption. ,
