Sec. 2. That ordure be drawn on the city treasurer for the payment of
the same.
Sec . 3 . That the sum of One hundred eighty five and 92 100 W 85.g2 )
dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the
hands of the city tzleasurer for the payment of the following claim: -----
To C.T.Snyder for- the construction of brick sidewalk as per itemized
statement dated Nov1u118th.190"7',and now on file with the city clerk--$la5,.'92

in sec.3• of this ordinance,said scrip to be made payable on or before 15
months from date of 'issue and drawing no interest.
Sec. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its adoption.
