Colorado And Pacific Railway Company, the right to construct
maintain and operate a side-traok or spur from a point on Pine
Street, near the alley between Santa Fe Avenue and 'Fifth Street
in said City,, along and upon Pine Street to a point on the
north aide of Pine Strset, near the alley between Fourth and Fifth
Streetst PY-ovided, that said railway company shall plank between
the rails and. out side of the north rail a sufficient, distance
to make a good and sufficient crossing the full width of Fifth
st-reet .
