ORDINANCE N0.�
An ordinance amending sub -section or paragraph number 28 of Section One
(1), and Section Three (3) of Ordinance No: 795 of the printed
ordinances of the city of Salina, Kansas, being an ordinance
entitled "An ordinance relating to the licensing of certain
occupations, callings and business in the city of Salina,
Kansas," and repealing such sub -section and section so amended.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina: --
Section 1. That sub -section or paragraph number 28 of Section
one (1) of Ordinance No. 795 of the city of Salina,''passed and approved
February 15, 1892, and being an ordinance entitled "An ordinance relating
to the licensing of certain occupations, callings and business in the
city of Salina, Kansas," is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
if 28. Every person selling or offering for sale at public auction in
the city of Salina any stock of goods and merchandise, or parts thereof,

See. 2. That section three (3), of Ordinance No. 795 of the city of
Salina, passed and approved February 15, 1892, and being an ordinance
entitled "An ordinance relating to the licensing of certain occupations,
callings and business in the city of Salina, Kansas," is hereby amended
so as to read as follows:
(/SBc. 3. Licenses under this ordinance shall be issued by the clerk,
under the -seal of the city., and._signe:d by the Mayor --and Clerk;,, but no
license shall be issued until the person or persons applying for the
same shall produce to and file with the city clerk the receipt of the
city treasurer showing the payment of the amount required by this ordi-

Sec. 3.. Sub -section or paragraph No. 28 of section one of Ordi-
nance x%.795 and section 3 of said ordiance No. 795 are each and both
hereby repe-jaed.
