Be it Ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina,Kansas,
Section 1. That the sum of

That orders be drawn on the city treasurer for the payment
Section 3. That the sum of Two hundred twenty-four~ and 50A00------
($224.50) dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the
general fund of the city treasurer for the payment. of the following claims
To C.T.Snyder for the construction of brick sidewalk as per Itemized
statement dated Aug.19th.1907,and now on File with the city clerk.41q2.63
To W.H.Frost for the construction of brick sidewalk as per itemized
stat;-�ment dated Aug.17th.1907,a-d now on file with the city clerk. 431.8.7
Section 4. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in section 3 of
of this ordinance be drawn on the city treasurer ,said scrip to be made
payable on or before 15 months from date and drawing no interest.
Section 5. That the sum of

treasurer for the payment of the following claim: ---
To Haskins & Ramsey for 85 per cent, of the contract price for curb-
ing„paving and excavating Iron Avenue from Seventh to Tenth Stre;et,as per
estimate of City Engineer filed with City Clerk August 19th.1907 .
Section 6. That scip for such amount as mentioned in section 5+ of
this ordinance be drawn on the city treasurer,said scrip to be made pay-
able on or before
f nd drawing 6 per cent interest .
Section 7. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force froft
and after its adoption.
