An ordinance excluding from the City of Salina a portion of
the Northwest Quarter of Section Eighteen (18), Town-
ship Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That all that part of the Northwest Quarter
of Section Eighteen (18), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range
Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County,
Kansas, formerly known and described as Phillip's East Salina
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and now known and de-
scribed as Plat Number 'even (7) and Plat Number Eight (8) being
all that portion of Phillip's East Salina Addition lying East
of the East boundary line of Delaware Avenue in said City, be
and the same is hereby excluded from the city limits of the city
of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the order of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Saline County, Kansas, adopted, made and entered upon
the 7th day of April, 1919, be and the same is hereby referred
to and made a part of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after ,its publication once in the official
City paper.
