An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of $860.67, be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General Fund in the hands of the
City Treasurer for the payment of salaries to City employees,
from November 15th to November 30th; 1918, as follows:

Sec. 2. That orders be drawn on the City Treasurer
for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1)
hereof.
Sec. 3. That the sum of $50.00 be and the same is here-
by appropriated out of the Park Fund in the hands of the City
Treasurer for the payment of salary to Park Commissioner from
November 15th to 30th, 1918:
L. B. Kemper ------------$50.00
Sec. 4. That an order for the amount specified in Section
Three (3) be drawn on the City Treasurer in payment of such claim.

Sec. 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its ad(bption.
