2222 SalariesORDINANCE NO. 2222 (Published in the Salina Daily Union October 1918) An ordinance relating to the salaries of certain officials and employees of the City of Salina, Kansas. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section .1. The, City Marshal of the City of Salina, Kansas shall receive -the sum of Ninety -Five .(95.00) Dollars per month; the Assistant Marshal shall receive for his services the -sum of Ninety ($90.00) Dollars per month; and each regular policeman of the City of Salina shall receive for his services the - sum of Eighty-five ($85':00) Dollars per month payable semi-monthly as all other bills for services against said City are allowed and paid. Each special Policeman of the City of Salina shall receive as pay for his services the sum of $2.00 Two Dollars per day as full compensation for all services rendered. Sec. 2. The City Clerk shall receive the sum of Ninety - Three and Thirty -Three and one-third (93.33 1/3) Dol]a rs per month payable semi-monthly which shall be in full compensation for all services. Sec. 3. All ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Sec. 4. The salaries so fixed by this ordinance as afore- said shall become effective from and after October 15th, 1918. Sec. 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication once in theofficial City paper. Passed and approved, November 4th, 1918. (SEAL) Attest: Chas. F,.
