ONDINANCE NO. 2213
An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment' of a
certain claim.
Be it ordained by the I4ayor and Councilmen of the City of
Salina
Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred Twenty -Five
($125.00) Dollars, be and the same is hereby appropriated
out of the General Fund for the payment of a certain claim
to C. B. Dodge for the payment of the value and damages of
that tract of land described as beginning at a point Ten (10)
feet North of the Southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 1, Mor-
rison's Addition to the city of Salina, Kansas, thence west
Twenty -One (21) feet; thence north Forty (40) feet; thence
East Twenty -One (21) feet; thence South Forty (40) feet to the
place of beginning. Such land having been condemned and ap-
propriated by the City of Salina, Kansas"for public purposes.
Sec. 2. That an order be drawn on the City Treasurer
for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One heereof.
Sec. 3. This orderinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after the adoption thereof.
