An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
certain claims.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City
of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of $6930.79 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the various funds in
the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the
following claims:

Sec. 2. That orders be drawn on the City Treasurer for
the payment of the claims mentioned in Section One hereof.
Sec. 3. That the sum of $126.90 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out -of -any fund in the hands of the City
Treasurer for the payment of the following claim:
R. C. Snyder, For rasing and repairing sidewalks ---126.90

Sec. 4. That scrip for the amount specified in. Sec-
t ion Three of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer
for the payment of such claim. Said scrip to be made paya-
ble on or before 15 months from date and bearing no interest.
Sec. 5. That the sum of 13,970.00 be and the same is
hereby, appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the hands of
the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claim:
M. R. Amerman, Part payment on North Side Sewer $13,970.00
Sec. 6. That scrip for the amount specified in Section
Five of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for
the payment of such claim, Swid scrip to be made payable,
on demand and bearing no interest.
See. 7. That the sum of 02067.58 be and the same is
hereby appropriated' out of the Paving Bund in the hands of
the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claim:
M. R. Amerman, Paving intersection of Elm &. 4th $2067.58
Sec. Be That scrip for the amount specified in Sec-
tion Seven of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treas-
urer for the payment of such claim. Said scrip to be made
payable on or before 60 days from date and bearing 6% in-
terest.

Sec. 9. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its adoption.
