That the sum of $12,826,72 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claim: M. R. Amerman, For paving North St. & Penn Ave. $12,826.72 Sec. 4. That scrip for the amount specified in Section Three of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treas- urer for the payment of such claim, Said scrip to be made payable on demand and bearing no interest. 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 H Sec. 5. That the sum of 4587.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the hands of the City. Treasurer for the payment of the following claim: To M. R. Amerman, for part pay't on North Side Sewer $4587.OD Sec. 6. That scrip for the amount specified in Section Five of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of such claim. Said scrip to be made payable on de- mand and bearing no interest. See. 7. That the sum of $118.35 be and the same is hereby' appropriated out of any fund in the hands of the City .-Treasurer for the payment of the following claim: To R. C. Snyder, For ralding and repairing sidewalk $118.35 Sec. 8. That scrip for the amount specified in Sectirn Seven (7) of this ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of such claim. Said scrip to be made payable on or before 15 months from date and bearing no interest. Sec. 9. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its adoption.
